During my two-day stay at the resort, I faced some significant issues with cleanliness and service, but the food quality was outstanding. The spaciousness of the rooms made them comfortable, although the lock on the French window was faulty. The staff's attitude during my checkout was frustrating, impacting my overall experience. However, the resort has potential if they improve their service and management.
I had a lovely stay at the resort, enjoying the proximity to a beautiful beach and the charm of the gardens. The staff were genuinely warm and welcoming, which made my experience all the more enjoyable. However, there were a few hiccups with dining and the overall service, making me wish for improvements in those areas. The amenities were quite good, but the restaurant service didn't always live up to my expectations.
The hotel offers excellent hospitality and delectable food, particularly at the kebab factory, which is a must-try. Though the property is beautiful, there were some issues with food temperature during dinner service, and the bar menu could use improvement. Despite these drawbacks, the attentive staff made our stay enjoyable, particularly with the wonderful activities for kids and the helpful housekeeping.

We had an incredible stay at Radisson Resort Pondicherry, with exceptional service and comfortable accommodations. The activities kept us engaged throughout our stay, and we loved the spacious rooms. On the downside, while the dining was generally good, there were some misses in variety. Overall, it provided excellent value for money, making it a place I would happily return to.
